Here are some classroom management techniques I have exercised within the classroom during different teaching experiences!
"Likes" (Facebook) Auction
Promotes motivation. Integrates interest as the likes relates to a social media site popular with the middle/high school students I used this technique with.

Bucket Fillers/Token Economy
Promotes kindness and responsibility in a fun and motivating way. This also teaches children about earning rewards as they choose to save poms for more "expensive" rewards or to use them quickly for more "inexpensive" rewards.
